Tender Handling academy

Advanced tender handling (2 days of theory and 10 days of practical) for deckhands and deck crew who take their role seriously.

Tender Training Tailored To The Demands Of The Yachting Industry

With extensive practical training, we ensure our candidates are able to meet and high demands of the yachting & superyachting industry.

The Superyachting industry expects an extremely high standard of tender handling from the deck crew on board. Gaining exposure behind the helm in various conditions and circumstances can take time which can result in entry-level crew, making costly errors.

Although basic powerboat licenses qualify candidates to drive tenders, it takes a great deal more experience and skill before the standard expected by captains and yacht owners is met.

Depending on the size, deck structure, and itinerary of the vessel, opportunities to gain extensive experience may take time.
